As I spent my blissful high school years in California, Mexican food has become an inseparable staple cuisine. Chasing off one taco place to another in LA was an old habit to die hard, so I developed a new one by boltbus hopping to another state to find something equally dericious.
One word to describe this experience is ‘feisty.’ All the dishes had the zesty elements that you might be looking for in a cuisine as exotic as modern Mexican’s. Tortilla Soup contained the zestiest flavor of all, some would say it’s very salty but to my like it was one of colorful soups I have had. I believe I do not have to say much about Lobster Guacamole as its nomenclature already combines our darkest culinary desires in one dish. Enchilada de Pollo is just what I expected- clean, enchilada-y.
I only wish this were in New York.

Love all the report card picrutes!! Too too stinkin cute. That is something I’ve never thought to do.And the enchiladas sound AMAZING.
