Oh the wondrous, quick American fix during a rainstorm. Classified had me at Baked Camembert. I absolutely adore this place with all my heart for their incredible selection of food, cheese, and wine (even though we stuffed ourselves with food mostly).
Best bet? A combination of Wild Mushroom Risotto and Chili fries with chorizo mayonnaise. Don’t ask- just order, please. I would love to say the same for Baked Camembert, but in my modest opinion the cheese was not fully baked. Maybe ask for a side of honey to enhance the full set of flavors.
Another great reason to visit Classified? Multiple locations in Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Central, Stanley, Sai Kung, Tai Hang, and Happy Valley.

Great to see you back blogging ~ I think my parents and sister had to transfer in Hong Kong when they travelled to Indonesia and they liked it very much. Unfortunately I haven’t been out of Europe *blush* but I must say the design of Terminal 4 of Madrid Barajas International Airport (designed by an award winning team) is very pretty too.
